There is no account to sign in to and no data on a server to restore. Support here mostly means email.

Your data

Everything you have logged lives on your device. Settings → Export saves a JSON copy of the whole app and a CSV of your diary; keep that file somewhere safe. Deleting the app, or reinstalling it, starts from an empty diary, and Settings → Import can bring a FreeCals JSON export back.
